My apolgies for making different amendments today. We were given different instructions and had to amend accordingly. Because of this, in your Calendar (Teams) you may have some sessions which are cancelled. I would like you to right click on the cancelled sessions and delete them so you will not get confused.
A typical day would begin at 8:30 and end at 1:20. You will have peripatetic lessons too. After each lesson which would last approx 35 – 40 minutes students will be given a break.
If you open your Calendar (Teams) from a laptop, it should look something like this.
If you open the calendar from a smart phone it may look like this. (Remember to delete the cancelled sessions)
Note that:
Attendance will be taken daily.
No pyjamas but comfortable clothes.
Cameras are not to be switched off during lessons.
Mics are to be muted when instructed.
Check that your son and daughter can log in Teams and Outlook without difficulties.
Monday morning children can join from Calendar – Teams.
It is important that they will have all the necessary things with them: pencil case, satchel and box with all textbooks.
Ideally children will stay in a quiet place away from people coming and going and talking etc.
19th March is a holiday and there are no lessons. I cancelled the session however it may still be showing. If it is showing please ignore it.
During breaks we will mute and switch off cameras but will still stay in call to avoid having to join again.
